Taberna de Arcadia is a modern Arizona themed restaurant that serve its guests dishes drawn from a wide range of influences that Arizonans love. While the main focus will be in-house smoked meats and vegetables, we will also incorporate vertical rotisserie “al pastor style” items. We want to evoke the sense memories associated with those amazing BBQ experiences we have had in the past while trying to more directly focus on Arizona and what we truly believe the flavor profiles of this great state should highlight.
Taberna de Arcadia is a local spot with smoked and rotisserie meats with an Arizona twist and a focus on local wood flavors like citrus, pecan, and mesquite. The meats are rubbed and smoked beautifully in an on-site smoker by our culinary craftsman lead by Chef Blaise Biller who has a passion for creating dishes with an emphasis on succulent and flavorful meats and vegetables. Our culinary approach embraces the simplest, most honest ingredients available with as much local product as possible. The menu is seasonally driven that allows us to continuously strengthen our bonds with surrounding purveyors, dairies, cheesemakers, breweries, ranchers, wineries and farmers.
We also offer a tequila program and unique specialty craft cocktails. We are eager to share our fondness of quality driven products as we stay true to local flavors while preparing food that makes us happy, brings joy to our guests while providing amazing service.
